Workout Wednesday, NOT!

I think I was pushing it too hard Monday and Tuesday with my workouts so today will just be a nice stroll with the DBF and dog later this evening, weather permitting.  My legs are so sore from the step and spin classes.  If, and a big if, I feel better, I may go to the gym and do a little biking or treadmilling for 30 minutes.  I love getting those APs.  This is my 3rd day of eating core and so far, so good, I think.  Last night I went to a mediterraneous place but I chose the baked fish and the salads were healthy with only an evoo dressing.  I counted the oils in the dressings as my healthy oils for the day. 

Tenacious Tuesday

I actually went to work out yesterday and today during my lunch hour, well, hour and half yesterday.  Feel really good about things and am also eating better.  I’m trying to do core for WW and see how that goes.  I was just eating too much junk food on Flex.  No ankle problems during either workout so I think the sprain is cured.  Thanks to everyone for their continued support as it really is a motivator.  GO BEES!

Frivolous Friday

I’m doing really well so far staying OP today.  I had a South Beach Cereal Bar for breakfast and am having a side salad with ff raspberry vinegarette and a smart ones for lunch.  I will probably have a WW candy for snack (no fruit today) and then grilled meat and veggies for dinner.  I am going to try to get at least a 30 minute walk in tonight before bed.  My new goal is to also not eat a thing at least 2-3 hours before bed.  I am a terrible night time eater.  I had dinner at 9PM last night.  We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.  One step at a time, right?

Thirsty Thursday

I’m struggling with staying on-point and getting my exercise done since I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago.  My new goals are to start Slim in 6 again, watch my alcohol intake closer, and drink more water, which I have a very hard time doing.  I’d rather grab a soda!  I need to break myself of that bad habit yet again. 

Tumultuous Tuesday

I have been having quite a time keeping on track the past 2 weeks because of many factors in my life.  So today I am trying to get motivated again to make this lifestyle change work.  I have to thank my weight watchers friends for keeping me focused and motivated to get back to eating healthy and being active rather than spiraling down and letting the stressors in my life take over.
