Workout Wednesday, NOT!
I think I was pushing it too hard Monday and Tuesday with my workouts so today will just be a nice stroll with the DBF and dog later this evening, weather permitting. My legs are so sore from the step and spin classes. If, and a big if, I feel better, I may go to the gym and do a little biking or treadmilling for 30 minutes. I love getting those APs. This is my 3rd day of eating core and so far, so good, I think. Last night I went to a mediterraneous place but I chose the baked fish and the salads were healthy with only an evoo dressing. I counted the oils in the dressings as my healthy oils for the day.
